Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Tiger Analytics team in the US and Canada Source, screen, and schedule interviews with panel members and hiring managers Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for upcoming roles Maintain ATS systems, collect feedback and calibrate the process Work closely with internal stakeholders and assist them in talent activities Create partnerships with employees and contractors Requirements Please note this is a 3-4 days a week onsite role in Beaverton, OR. No relocation benefits are available for this role at this time. 2-4 years of work experience as a Technology Recruiter Ability to coordinate and work with internal teams. Experience working for a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, India) Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Google platform Pro-active and self-motivated; can work with limited supervision Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving requirements Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to produce high-quality work Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, personable and positive Work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship required #J-18808-Ljbffr Tiger Analytics
