Truck Driver—Burlington, CO

Join our team as a full-time Truck Driver—a key role responsible for safely transporting farm equipment while providing exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for a professional who values integrity, accountability, and teamwork, and who takes pride in keeping our operations running smoothly. At Central Plains Equipment, our culture is rooted in honesty, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is paid hourly, with a compensation rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport farm equipment and related materials to customer locations assigned
• Communicate effectively with sales, service teams, and customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
• Maintain accurate records and logs for pickups and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies, keeping all required certifications and documentation up to date
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment, including lifting up to 60 pounds
• Manage work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to equipment-related odors

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
