Position Overview


Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking detail-oriented and reliable candidates for SMT Machine Operator openings in Stacy, MN . Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Stacy, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SMT pick-and-place equipment to produce high-quality electronic assemblies
• Load feeders, verify component values, and perform machine setups and changeovers
• Inspect boards for solder quality, component placement, and overall workmanship
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards to meet daily output goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or machine operation preferred
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
