Rula Health is seeking a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this position, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse adult and/or adolescent client population, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and life transitions. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions that are collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record system, tracking client progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and client goals. You will work in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, which may include psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care coordinators, to ensure integrated and coordinated care. The role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safety plans when indicated, and facilitating appropriate referrals for higher levels of care or community resources. You will deliver care through a hybrid model that may include both in-person sessions and secure telehealth visits, leveraging Rula’s technology-enabled platforms to make mental health care accessible and user-friendly. Previous experience in an outpatient, integrated care, or community mental health setting is strongly preferred.
