We are hiring for Fabricator

The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1 st shift for Fabricator currently in Norwood area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Fabricator

• Hourly wage: $ 19
• Shift: Monday-Friday 1 st 6:30am-2:30 pm
• Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program - Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities for Fabricator

- Read, interpret, and follow drawings and blueprints for constructing and assembling sheet metal products.

- Review work orders and prints, develop sketches, and perform necessary shop calculations.

- Select materials based on strength, durability, and suitability for each job.

- Set up and operate sheet metal fabrication machines (e.g., shears, brakes, roll formers) to cut, trim, form, and shape parts and sections for assembly.

- Use hand and machine tools to cut and form parts to required dimensions.

- Join parts by soldering, rolling, or riveting seams to complete assemblies.

Requirements for Fabricator

• Ability to work 40 hours a week
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
• Ability to remain in good attendance standing
• Manufacturing experience
