DentalWorks is seeking a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. As a key member of our dental team, you will deliver comprehensive preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including performing dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and fluoride and sealant applications. You will obtain and update medical and dental histories, assess oral health conditions, document findings in the electronic health record, and communicate clearly with patients and dentists about treatment needs, home care instructions, and ongoing care plans. Working closely with dentists and clinical staff, you will take and interpret dental radiographs in accordance with safety protocols, assist in identifying signs of caries and periodontal disease, and support the development of individualized treatment plans. You will educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and preventive care, promoting long-term oral health and an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you will uphold strict infection control and sterilization standards, maintain operatory readiness, manage hygiene schedules efficiently, and contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
