Data Entry Clerk

ARC Group is recruiting for our client in Miramar, FL for a Data Entry Clerk (12-Month Contract | On-Site). The Data Entry Clerk supports administrative and operational functions by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems. This role is essential in ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting, compliance, and overall business operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and verify data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records
• Organize, maintain, and archive both digital and physical documentation
• Assist with document preparation, formatting, and general administrative support tasks
• Respond to data-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support process improvements related to data management and reporting efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry, typing, and Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in a structured, team-oriented environment
