Job Description

LHH is partnering with one of Kansas City’s largest commercial real estate companies on a search for a Senior Construction Project manager for their Overland Park, MO location. You will have direct impact/leadership over Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors who are designing, building and remodeling spaces. Your impact will affect design phases, estimating, bidding and contract negotiations through the compilation of the final punch list. This is a direct hire opportunity that pays a salary of $150K - $180K with annual bonuses on select projects. Here are more details about this job:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversight and leadership on each project, ensuring work is contracted/sub’s appropriately
• Obtaining building permits, adhering to all OSHA Environmental regulations
• Cost estimates, budget management, construction execution and final handover
• Concurrently managing projects through all phases of concept, design, execution and punch list

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ Years of experience in commercial construction – project estimating and leadership
• Must be able to bring pre-existing relationships with contractors, vendors and subcontractors
• Understanding of estimating and take-off software
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
