We’re looking for a seasoned direct-response sales and marketing leader who has the ability to drive growth in a company and has the track record to back it up.

This leadership position is responsible for acquiring new customers and revenue across all digital marketing channels including search, display, paid social, sponsored content, affiliate and email.

No need to apply unless you have 10+ years of extensive experience with strong focus on direct-response, ROI-driven customer acquisition AND can leverage industry best practices to develop new strategies in new and emerging growth channels. You must be curious, driven and visionary – you’re excited about finding creative solutions that others haven’t considered.

Ideal candidate has experience in the direct response newsletter and supplement industries. Creative flair for idea generation and out-of-the-box thinking encouraged! Geek-like love of analytics, KPIs, and data analysis a MUST!

What you’ll need to bring to the table:

· Ability to dramatically grow revenue and new customer acquisition.

· Expertise in channel strategy and ongoing channel management across the digital marketing mix, including search, display, native, social, sponsored content, influencer, affiliate, and email.

· Self-starter who can power through ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.

· Ability to establish and report KPI’s related to all customer acquisition channels.

· A passion for customer acquisition in the digital space.

· Ability to manage team and work closely with copywriters, designers and other departments.

· Experience developing and bringing new products to market.
