About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Agent to focus on lease up and marketing operations at our newly built, 180 unit, class A multifamily apartment community. This role is ideal for a customer/sales-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced property management environment and has a strong understanding of multifamily leasing and lease up.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from lead generation, follow-up to lease execution
• Ensure each lead received is documented & contacted per standard procedure outlining current leasing opportunities
• Oversee daily leasing activities to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Maintain accurate resident, leasing and maintenance records using AppFolio
• Conduct property tours and effectively present community features and amenities
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Professional business attire required daily

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily leasing experience (required)
• 1+ year working experience with AppFolio property management software (required)
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Polished and professional appearance, with a confident, warm and convincing presence. An understanding of the presentational skills of a successful salesperson. The ability to represent the pride we feel in our beautifully constructed properties.
