Knowledge of basic animal husbandry, handling and restraint. Basic computer knowledge. Experience with Cornerstone billing program a plus. Ability to answer the phone courteously and deliver clear messages. Ability to respond calmly and quickly in a medical emergency. Responsibilities Maintain front office, answering phone, scheduling appointments, keeping medical records orderly and complete, managing the computer system. Greeting clients and their pets, answer client questions in person and on the phone.
