Talent by Friendly Faces is recruiting experienced Virtual Medical Administrative Assistants to support our healthcare and senior-care partners across the U.S. This is a remote position with placement opportunities based on experience, availability, and partner needs. Work Schedule / Time Zone Availability required: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Must be able to work U.S. Central Time year-round, including Daylight Savings Time Part-time hours vary depending on the client’s needs What You’ll Be Doing Schedule appointments and manage calendars Answer phones, emails, and patient/client inquiries Complete medical intake forms and documentation Enter and update data in EMR/EHR systems Assist with insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations Support clinical teams and care coordinators Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Experience in medical administration, healthcare support, or nursing Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA standards Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection and professional workspace Experience with EMRs/EHRs is a plus Position Options Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week Part-Time: Hours vary based on client placement and workload Compensation Average pay: $7/hour (based on experience, role, and placement) Long-term placement opportunities available Why Work With Talent by Friendly Faces 100% remote opportunities Work with established healthcare and senior-care partners Ongoing placement and growth opportunities Professional screening and onboarding support Stable, long-term assignments How to Apply Please submit: Apply online and submit resume Availability (full-time or part-time) Qualified applicants will be contacted for the next step in our screening process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
