Job Summary: Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team remotely from anywhere in Germany. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operational workflow, ensuring seamless coordination, scheduling, and communication across the team and with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Provide high‑level administrative support to management and team members. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently. Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Handle email correspondence and respond promptly to inquiries. Assist with client communication and follow‑ups. Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and records. Support project management tasks and track progress on key initiatives. Conduct basic research and compile data for reports or presentations. Perform other administrative duties as required to support team productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Comfortable working independently and in a remote team environment. Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a related administrative role is preferred. Experience in handling confidential information and professional correspondence is advantageous. Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, HubSpot) is a plus. Working Hours: Full‑time remote position with flexible working hours, typically aligning with CET (Central European Time). Occasional attendance in virtual team meetings may be required.
