Train at a luxury boutique hotel in Boston. This is a unique opportunity to complete a 12-month hospitality internship at a highly rated luxury boutique hotel located in Boston's prestigious Back Bay neighbourhood. Known for its European-style elegance, personalised service, and award-winning restaurant, this property offers a refined and professional training environment in one of the most historic cities in the United States.

Housing & Living:

Training 4 Hospitality provides housing guidance and support prior to arrival. Shared accommodation in Boston typically ranges from $800$1,200 per month depending on location and availability. Boston offers a more manageable cost of living compared to destinations such as Miami or California, making it a popular choice for international interns.

This is a structured U.S. J-1 Cultural Exchange Program that includes visa sponsorship, insurance, and full support. A program fee applies (typically $3,000$4,000 depending on program length and sponsorship), which will be explained in detail during the selection process.

  • Front Office / Rooms Division: $20/hour (February 2027) Food & Beverage: $16/hour + gratuities to $20/hour (March 2027) Culinary: $18/hour (ASAP)

About You

We are looking for motivated culinary candidates who are serious about building an international career in hospitality.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18
  • Culinary student OR recent graduate (within 12 months)
  • Minimum 36 months kitchen experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Training 4 Hospitality provides:
