The position offers substantial opportunities to gain financial and technical expertise, professional development, and upward mobility, while taking on a substantial amount of responsibility in transaction execution, client management, and new business development./ppGeneral responsibilities/pulliPreparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information/liliManaging and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations/liliConducting industry and company-specific business due diligence/liliCreating client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables/liliAttending client meetings/liliDrafting and collaborating on pitch presentations/liliDeveloping an understanding of the underlying trends that affect the Healthcare industry/liliCoordinating and managing the creation of industry research publications/liliAssisting in the development and continued cultivation of client, prospective client, and professional advisor relationships/liliAssisting in the management and mentoring of Analyst team members/li/ulpBasic Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree or Military Experience/liliAt least 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience with a focus on Mergers Acquisitions/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications/pulliBachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics/liliAt least 4 years of MA investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience within the healthcare space/liliAt least 2 years of sell-side MA experience/liliFinancial modeling experience, including experience building detailed operating models/liliStrong analytical and quantitative skills/liliKnowledge of general accounting and finance principles/liliFINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIE/li/ulpAt this time, TripleTree as part of Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position./ppThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked./ppBloomington, MN: $160,000 - $225,000 for Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions/ppNew York, NY: $160,000 - $225,000 for Associate, Mergers and Acquisitions/ppCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter./ppThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
