We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Face-to-Face Lead Generator to represent our brand at Home Depot locations. This role is integral to driving interest in our air conditioning products and services. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement – Proactively engage with Home Depot customers in person to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products. Lead Generation – Create and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and providing information about our services. Relationship Building – Establish and maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers, enhancing brand presence and customer interest. Communication – Effectively communicate product benefits and services to potential customers, ensuring clear and compelling presentations. Documentation – Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead generation activities. Requirements Face-to-Face Sales Experience – Proven ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment. Communication Skills – Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Customer Service – Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer. Availability – Ability to work weekends (Wednesday through Sunday) as required. Physical Stamina – Capability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
