• Identify promising healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform in tandem with your personal network
• Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our dedicated recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Keep candidates engaged by following up and assisting them through their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date tracking in our applicant management system
• Earn commission based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and placements made from your leads

How You'll Be Paid

Your earnings will be directly proportional to the value you create:
