LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As an integral member of our regional healthcare organization, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a comprehensive continuum of services that includes hospitals, specialty centers, and community-based health programs throughout Maryland. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population, performing thorough assessments, monitoring changes in condition, and coordinating care with a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. You will administer medications and treatments, manage IVs, perform wound care, and document all aspects of care accurately and promptly in the Electronic Health Record. A key part of your work will involve educating patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies, while supporting smooth transitions of care and discharge planning. You will be expected to uphold rigorous standards for infection prevention, patient safety, and quality, contributing to ongoing performance improvement initiatives and innovation in clinical practice. This position is well suited for nurses who value teamwork, continuous learning, and active engagement with the communities they serve. You will work in an environment that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and compassionate care, reflecting LifeBridge Health’s culture of community engagement and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. In addition to direct patient care, you may participate in mentoring new nurses or students, attend professional development opportunities, and engage in quality and safety projects that advance outcomes for our patients. LifeBridge Health offers a supportive setting for career advancement, robust professional development, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of diverse communities, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement savings options. This is a full-time nursing role that may include a combination of on-site clinical care and limited remote responsibilities related to documentation, follow-up, and telehealth support, depending on departmental needs.
