Schedule is Monday-Friday 10 am-7 pm.

Experience in the service industry is a big plus, and we are willing to pay more for the right person with that background. This is especially true if you have worked in home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or have experience with ServiceTitan.

This role is more than just answering phones. You will be the first voice many customers hear when they call Leakys. We are a fast-growing plumbing and HVAC company, and this position is a great starting point for someone who wants a long-term career.

The last person in this position was promoted into a leadership role, and we are looking for the next person who wants to grow with us.

What Youll Do

• Answer and route phone calls
• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional way
• Help customers with basic questions and follow-up
• Make happy calls after jobs are completed
• Follow up with customers on estimates, scheduling, and service needs
• Help keep paperwork, schedules, and digital files organized
• Support the office team with daily tasks
• Jump in where needed to help the team

• Receptionist or office experience
• Home service industry experience
• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trade office experience
