Receptionist Lexus of Northborough First impressions matter. At Lexus of Northborough, our Receptionist is often the first person our guests meet and the first voice they hear. As one of the premier luxury automotive dealerships in the region, we are looking for a professional, polished, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. Whether greeting customers in our showroom, answering incoming calls, or assisting various departments throughout the dealership, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards associated with the Lexus brand. What You'll Do: Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Provide administrative support to dealership departments as needed Help create a luxury-level guest experience for every customer who visits our dealership Job Requirement:What We're Looking For: Outstanding customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong computer and organizational skills Previous receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus Schedule Requirements: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Some evening and weekend hours are required Candidates must have flexibility to work schedules that support dealership operations Why Lexus of Northborough?
