Prelitigation PI Claims Attorney (0–3 Years) – Primarily Remote – Up to $100k+

$80,168.40 base salary + quarterly bonus; in strong quarters total compensation can exceed $100,000.

About the role

  • Full‐time plaintiff  personal injury attorney position focused on pre‐litigation claims.
  • Handle attorney level PI work: advise clients, evaluate claims, guide strategy, review demands, and support negotiations.
  • Work closely with an experienced case management team and the owner.
  • Success looks like high-quality case outcomes, steady file movement, excellent client communication, and being a reliable team contributor.

About you

  • Washington licensed attorney (0–3 years; strong new admittees encouraged to apply ).
  • Interest in plaintiff personal injury; prior PI experience is a plus, not required.
  • Strong client communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a small team and contributing to a healthy, drama-free work environment.

Work environment

  • Primarily remote; must live within commuting distance for occasional in person meetings, trainings, or court related needs.
  • Coordinated team schedule during normal business hours, with reasonable flexibility.

Compensation & benefits

  • Base salary: $80,168.40 .
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus tied to firm surplus after overhead is covered; in strong quarters total compensation can exceed $100,000 .
