Roof Ova Ya Head LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As a Personal Assistant, you will support daily business operations, coordinate schedules, and assist with communications to ensure smooth workflow across the team.
Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
• Support internal team communication and task coordination
• Conduct basic research and compile information as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
