Job Description

Our client, a private household located in Manhattan, is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Personal Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate on a remote schedule between the hours of 10-15 hours/week with some flexibility for in-person errands. Compensation is up to $40/hour. Responsibilities: Assist with all traditional PA tasks Handle travel booking: flights, transportation, accommodations, itineraries Manage season ticket distribution logistics Support with board meeting calendars, Zoom schedules, and materials preparation Coordinate errands: passport renewal, notarization, mail pickup Remote administrative support using Gmail + Google Calendar Light assistance for daughters when needed Property management and bill pay support (future potential) Flexible weekly support, often in short 1-2 hour bursts Build trust to eventually handle more responsibilities Qualifications: Senior-level PA/EA experience; finance or executive-level support strongly preferred Highly discreet with demonstrated confidentiality experience Strong organizational and travel logistics skills Comfortable supporting a private, traditional executive Proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar Manhattan-based candidate preferred (Upper East Side ideal) Able to work part‑time 10-15 hours/week with occasional in‑person errands Calm, patient demeanor; able to work independently Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
