Job Overview

1. Familiar with dangerous goods packaging development regulations, packaging material manufacturing standards, ASTM and ISTA packaging test standards, and can design qualified product packaging under the guidance of this standard;

2. Carry out packaging design, review, test and improvement to achieve project objectives and customer objectives (including time and cost);

3. Cooperate with relevant departments to improve (including safety, cost, operation, constructive process of the company, etc.);

4. Deal with packaging related quality problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, materials, project management, with experience in packaging design requirement analysis and concept decomposition.
  2. At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing supply chain or packaging management,
  3. with team experience.
  4. Proficient in supply chain management or packaging design knowledge.
  5. Good oral and written English skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
