Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Online Chat Representative to provide real-time support to customers through online chat platforms. This role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fully remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms
