We are seeking a Part‑Time Property Manager for an apartment complex in Macon, GA. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day‑to‑day operations of the property to include: leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and resident retention. The Property Manager should be highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Property Manager is a natural communicator with good organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor. Specific Duties Prepare and post listings for available units Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective residents Process applications and send leases to qualified applicants Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion Collect monthly rental payments and follow up with delinquent residents File evictions on delinquent accounts when appropriate Conduct move‑in, periodic, and move‑out evaluations Manage and oversee make ready process after resident’s move‑out Coordinate utility services Prepare and send lease renewals Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations The successful applicant will have experience in customer facing roles and will have the ability to quickly learn new software applications with the proper training.
