We are a growing electrical contracting company specializing in residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and excellent customer service. We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with field staff, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient communication between clients, technicians, and management. This role is essential to maintaining workflow and supporting project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Schedule service calls, projects, and dispatch electricians
  • Handle customer inquiries, calls, and emails
  • Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Maintain job files, permits, and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers and field staff on timelines and updates
  • Order office and project supplies as needed
  • Assist with payroll processing and timesheet tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety documentation

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (construction or electrical industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatching software is a plus
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with electrical or construction terminology
  • Experience with permitting processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
