We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor who enjoys both working directly with clients and mentoring the next generation of therapists.

This structure allows you to stay focused on what matters most— your clinical work and your supervisees .
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a caseload of ~20 client sessions per week (25 scheduled slots)
Supervise up to 6 associate therapists (individual and group supervision)
Review and sign off on associate clinical documentation
Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
Support associate clinicians in developing strong clinical skills and professionalism
Collaborate on policy and procedure development aligned with COA standards
Base salary: $150,000/year
2 client credits per supervisee (up to 6 supervisees)
Additional earning opportunity at 60% of the billable rate for sessions beyond base expectations
In-office: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am–7:00pm

$300 annual continuing education stipend
Full administrative support (credentialing, billing, and scheduling systems)
Active LPC or LMFT license in Oregon
Registered Clinical Supervisor (or close to eligibility)
Strong clinical documentation and ethical practice skills
Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
Demonstrates consistency, clear communication, and follow-through
Collaborative, team-oriented group practice
Clear expectations and structured systems
Leadership that prioritizes both clinical quality and clinician sustainability
Maintain professional liability insurance at $1,000,000 / $3,000,000 minimums
Ability to pass a background check
