Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our team and take a leadership role in both field operations and project coordination. This position combines hands-on electrical expertise with project management responsibilities , including estimating, quoting, and participating in company planning meetings. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in electrical systems, organized, and capable of managing projects from initial estimate through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes
• Lead and oversee electrical crews on job sites to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Prepare project estimates, material takeoffs, and customer quotes
• Manage electrical projects from planning through completion, including scheduling and coordination
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal team members regarding project progress
• Attend and contribute to company meetings , providing project updates and technical insight
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Review plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician license
• 5+ years of electrical field experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
• Experience (preferred) preparing estimates and project quotes
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with basic office software and estimating tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience in electrical or construction projects
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience coordinating crews, schedules, and materials
