We are a small but growing electrical company looking for a  Master Electrician who wants more than a job .

This is a  tough role with real responsibility, real upside, and real expectations. You will not be “just another electrician.” You will be  running the electrical operation , setting standards, leading crews, interfacing with ownership, and helping shape the future of the company.

The Opportunity

You will step in as the  head of the electrical company , with a clear path to:

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the  responsible Master Electrician for the company
• Oversee and execute residential (and light commercial) electrical work
• Set job standards, pricing input, and quality control
• Train and lead apprentices/journeymen
• Work directly with ownership on growth, systems, and hiring
• Help transition the company from “small shop” to  scalable operation

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Master Electrician (Texas)
• Strong technical ability  and leadership instincts
• Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
• High work ethic, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you think in terms of systems, not just tasks
• Desire to grow into a  long-term leadership / ownership role
