BigIron is seeking a Jr. Social Media Coordinator to support our sales team by helping manage and grow their presence across social media platforms. This role will assist with creating and publishing content, maintaining brand consistency, and helping promote upcoming auctions and listings.

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in marketing, communications, or social media. You'll gain hands-on experience working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment while learning how social media supports customer engagement and brand awareness.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Omaha, NE office.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support sales representative Facebook pages and company-branded social media accounts
• Create, schedule, and publish posts promoting upcoming auctions, listings, and events
• Maintain accurate, organized, and consistent content across multiple pages
• Coordinate with sales representatives to gather photos, auction details, and event information
• Write clear and professional captions aligned with company branding
• Monitor comments and messages and escalate items when needed
• Assist with maintaining a content calendar and scheduled posting timelines
• Support ongoing social media and marketing initiatives as assigned
