IT Help Desk Specialist Requirements & Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support or similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

IT Help Desk Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve user support requests via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide clear, effective technical assistance to end-users.
• Document support requests and solutions in the help desk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance user support and system reliability.
