Job Summary: The Investments & Cash Movement Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational investment activities of the Wealth Division. This position is responsible for executing and monitoring client investment instructions and cash movement requests, including trades, transfers, and liquidity management. Acting as a liaison between advisors, clients, custodians, and the internal trading team, the coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all transactions. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST's Character Qualities.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. 24 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment operations, cash management, or client service.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading workflows, investment account types (e.g., IRAs, trusts, brokerage), custodial platforms, and private investment structures. High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to operational excellence and client service. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple outstanding items and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and financial or portfolio management software is a plus.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
