We seek a dynamic and customer-focused Experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate has prior front desk experience in the hospitality industry, strong problem-solving skills, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, check them in and out efficiently, and address their needs with professionalism.
  • Reservations Management: Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately process payments, and manage billing inquiries.
  • Information Sharing: Provide guests with hotel details, local recommendations, and assistance with transportation or activities.
  • Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve issues.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system and complete required reports.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of front desk or similar customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or SynXis).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!
