As a founding GTM Associate, you'll be on the front line of driving Basic Capital's growth through high-velocity outbound and strategic outreach. The market for retirement benefits moves slow, so we move fast.
You'll be equipped with best-in-class tooling and data to qualify and route all inbound opportunities generated by our demand generation pods.
Expect a steep learning curve, direct impact on the company's growth, and the opportunity to move into an AE or leadership role within 90120 days.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
Contact 100+ prospective customers per day
Maintain accurate records and prioritize leads in our CRM
Work closely with growth to build & execute top of funnel strategy
Previously a top performer in any sales role (At least >1 year of sales experience).
Strong interest in leveraging modern sales, prospecting, and marketing technology (Clay, Unify, Smartlead, HeyReach, etc.)
High-agency self-starter driven to take initiative and create impact.
