General responsibilities would likely include: providing legal support regarding federal, state, and local government contracts supporting the business team on sales opportunities and contract administration post-award drafting and negotiating agreements with prime contractors, government agencies, and other strategic partners advising executives on strategic initiatives and guiding junior attorneys on escalations Attorneys with significant employment experience with government and/or defense contractors, particularly companies in the telecom, robotics, or aerospace industries, are encouraged to apply.
