Fully Remote-Civil Litigation Defense Attorney

Position: Litigation Attorney - General Liability / Insurance Defense
Location: 100% Remote (Must be licensed in California)
Compensation: $140,000 - $210,000/year
Experience Level: 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, general liability, professional liability, or medical malpractice.

What You'll Do

As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in defending clients across a range of liability claims. You'll be trusted to lead cases, shape strategy, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings.
• Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.
• Stay current on legal trends and case law.

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.
• Strong legal writing and courtroom skills.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and communication.
