Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexible hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our team, helping us to streamline our operations and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments and manage the company's calendar
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with social media management and marketing efforts
- Conduct research and gather data as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and phone calls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
