Join Alliance for Community Empowerment as the Director of Development and lead comprehensive resource development efforts—including fundraising, grant writing, digital presence, and donor engagement—to secure our long-term financial sustainability. Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll oversee data-driven strategies that diversify funding, strengthen reserves, and drive meaningful impact across our community programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The anticipated pay for candidates who will work in California is $120,000. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering disadvantaged communities in the San Fernando Valley. ACE provides education, workforce development, violence intervention & prevention, reentry navigation and mental health services for marginalized individuals and families. Since its inception, ACE has assisted thousands of individuals in overcoming barriers by addressing the core issues facing their low-income communities. ACE’s core programs include YouthBuild, GRYD, SECTOR, and Parenting.
