Direct Marketing Specialist We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who genuinely cares about producing high-quality work and takes pride in getting the details right. This role will develop and execute direct marketing content and multi-channel campaigns that connect with our agents, advisors, and customers, combining creativity, collaboration, and precision to ensure every communication reflects our brand and delivers measurable results. What You'll Do: Develop and manage direct marketing content and programs across multiple channels, including mail, email, statement inserts, and phone. Oversee creative development, compliance approvals, data delivery, fulfillment, and quality control for all marketing materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to create consistent, brand-aligned content for corporate and agent-level marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaigns-on time and within budget. Ensure all communications meet legal and regulatory standards, including disclosure and versioning requirements. Promote awareness and utilization of marketing programs among employees, managers, and agents. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and program tracking; provide reporting to leadership. Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries related to marketing programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Natural curiosity to ask thoughtful questions and identify gaps for improvement. Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
