High volume, high paced scheduling service is looking for a Crew Scheduler to join our team!

This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of work for all crews on the road, across the state of Florida and communicating those schedules to the appropriate personnel within the large box stores that we do business with.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and schedule work for 8 installation crews
• Review and distribute schedules in a timely manner
• Confer with stores to determine progress of work and completion date
• Review and communicate job status
• Serve as point of contact between stores, installers, and corporate

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experince with computers and Microsoft office
• Ability to work well in teams
