We’re hiring a Project Manager (Residential Construction) — a growth-driven role with a clear path into executive construction leadership.

This is an opportunity for a motivated PM who not only knows how to manage residential builds, but is also ready to grow into a bigger leadership role shaping operations, strategy, and project delivery at a higher level.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple ground-up residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and cost control
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines
• Identify risks and problem-solve proactively to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong background in ground-up, custom home construction
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost controls
• Ambition to grow into a senior/executive construction management role
