Clinical Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical services. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, manage clinical staff, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Manage budgets and resources for clinical departments.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay current with advancements in clinical practices and healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical management software.
• Certification in clinical management or healthcare administration is a plus.

Work Environment

The Clinical Manager will work primarily in a healthcare facility setting, including hospitals, clinics, or outpatient centers. The role may require occasional evening or weekend hours to meet operational needs.
