Our brand-new Latham studio is opening this September, and were building a dynamic team of certified instructors who are passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better. Who We're Looking For Were hiring Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructors who are enthusiastic, professional, and committed to empowering others through movement. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic, a warm personality, and a love for teaching Pilates, we want to hear from you. What Youll Teach Group Reformer Pilates Classes (50-minute sessions starting at the top of each hour) Intro Classes (30-minute introductory sessions for new clients) Private and Semi-Private Sessions (scheduled at member request) Instructor Availability Were hiring for all shifts , and were especially open to instructors who can commit to block scheduling on weekdays and/or weekends. Studio hours are: Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 AM 8:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM 6:30 PM Sunday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Whether you prefer early mornings, evenings, or weekendswe can build a schedule around your availability. Qualifications Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury modifications Experience teaching group classes (preferred) Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism Why Club Pilates Latham?
