Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronics
• Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and other hardware fixes
• Provide outstanding customer service by clearly explaining repair options, timelines, and costs
• Recommend products and services that meet customer needs, including accessories and protection plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Experience in cell phone or electronics repair (preferred but not required; training may be provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend products and services
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of mobile technology and operating systems
