This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong presence on the floor during service. What You’ll Do

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Support P&L management with the GM - weekly tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain a strong and visible presence on the floor, leading by example and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH teams, fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and overall shift execution
  • Manage reservations flow, pacing, and table management to optimize service and drive revenue
  • Collaborate closely with BOH leadership to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls to support financial performance
  • Provide thoughtful table touches and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role (Assistant General Manager or similar) in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams
  • A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including labor, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Experience with POS and scheduling systems (e.g., Toast or similar) preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Schedule & Availability

  • The restaurant is closed for lunch service
  • Dinner service: Wednesday – Sunday
  • Brunch service: Saturday & Sunday
  • Weekend availability is required
