Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technology and working in an agile environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables.
• Excellent proficiency and hands-on experience with Jira.
• Ability to lead discussions and create clear and concise documentation.
• Experience in facilitating core agile practices including servant leadership, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in education at all levels of management within the agile framework.
• Strong facilitation skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated working proficiency in collaboration tools and executive presentations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and empower team members to teach others.
• Enhance process and efficiency within the team.
• Conduct discussions with senior leaders, managers, and team members.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and team members across global locations.
