Hiring: Accounts Payable Specialist | Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented AP Specialist to join our team! This role involves handling high-volume invoice processing with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid – Mon & Fri remote, Tues–Thurs onsite)
Process and enter invoices (high volume)
Match invoices with purchase orders
Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate coding
Ensure compliance with internal policies (SOX)
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong data entry and Excel skills
Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
